All Project Selfcare workbooks are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. This allows us to maintain high-quality production while reducing waste.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Most customers receive their workbook within:

• USA: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages
